Check-in is anytime up until 9pm, and check-out is 12pm. We do offer a later check out for a small charge
We allow campfires/BBQs as long as they are raised off the ground. We hire firepits out at £15 which comes with a bag of logs, kindling and firelighters. Additional logs can then be purchased from us at £9 a bag.
We always recommend placing a booking if you are planning to stay with us. We can get very busy during peak times and may reach maximum capacity.
You can place a boking by visiting the Book Here section of our website. A small, non-refundable deposit, is required to secure your booking.
We welcome school groups and Duke of Edinburgh award groups to stay with us all year round (including outside the standard camping season).

We openly allow group bookings at Alfriston Camping Park. You can either place one booking for the entire group, or get the individual family units to book separately. When booking separately, we would encourage you to use a common reference in the comments section of the booking form.
Please note, due to the large number of group bookings we receive, we can only reserve an area for groups of 50 or more.
You can either pay your booking in full at the point of placing your booking.
Or, you can request a link to pay the remaining balance of your booking if you wish to settle up before arrival. Send us an email to

Alternatively, you can pay the balance on arrival by cash or card.
We allow guests to play music whilst staying with us. However, we have a strict quiet policy from 10pm.
No music is to be played after 10pm. If you choose to ignore this rule, you will be asked by staff to turn the music off.
Any groups which choose to repeatedly ignore requests to respect the quiet policy from 10pm may be asked to leave the site.
We have a small number of EHU points on site at either end of our main field.
There are 2 plug in points at each end which operate on a meter accepting £1 and £2 coins. 24 hours costs £4.
The EHU cannot be booked, instead we operate them on a first come first served basis.
Creating an account on our website allows you to manage your booking via our customer portal. On here, you are able to amend the number of people on the booking, change the dates of your booking and make any payments outstanding on your booking.
Please note, if you create an account after placing your booking, please ensure you use the email address entered on the booking form to ensure your booking shows on your account.
There are multiple toilet blocks situated around the site.
We have a shower block housing 10 womens and 10 mens showers. Next to the showers you will find the washing up area.
There are also numerous drinking water points across the site.
